Video/post problems

I have installed a Pentium D 930 on an Intel DIO@GGc2 MB. I have added an ATI X800XL PCI-E video card. I have reseated the processor, video card, and memory (2G of DDR2) and still get no post/video. Any suggestions?

Do you get a beep code or is there an LED on the Mobo that could flash a trouble code?

I don't get a beep code of any kind. It is very frustrating. I have not see any kind of flash code.

This is a fresh build. Hasn't started yet.

Ok most new motherboards use a 24-pin power connector. If you only have a 20-pin one, then your computer won't boot. Check to see if you attached the separate 4-pin connector.

The power connector is ok, with the 20 and 2x2 connected. I have tried a different monitor, switched out the DDRs and still get no video and no beep codes. The fans run like crazy. I am running out of ideas
