Video problem....very urgent

i open a vidieo "animation",i can play the video,i can hear the sound.
but i cant see anything in the video player.
and i try to play others video with others player.
but i only can hear the sound and cannot see the video.
anyone know fix this problem?

Looks like a codec issue. There are several codec out there that you can use such as k-lite or CCCP. You can also download free VLC player and see if it plays your video. Let us which method works.

i istalled VLC player and some with others player.
the video is playing,sound is playing,but cannot see anything in the player,

i try VLC player,K-lite pack,real one player, window media player, storm player and others ...and the result is same....why and how ?

Are you able to view other videos or you can't view any videos at all? What type of video card do you have?

smplayer allow me view video but others player cannot view.

anyway i think is problem is not very urgent.
because now i got another urgent problem.
cannot upgrade and uninstall directx 9.0c.
i missing some files and try to reinstall.
but failed to reinstall,anyone know how to fix this problem?
