Video problem

I am having this problem with my monitor. It seems to have a slight flicker and displays colors as if I'm in safe mode, but everything else seems to work fine. I have a dual monitors and my big screen TV displays a signal free of flicker and all the colors. I have swapped out monitors to see if my monitor was dying but I got the same display on another one. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I switched out my video to the onboard video and it fixed the problems. Display is perfect, but I'm mad now cause this EVGA Geforce 7600GT is only 4 months old. Does anyone know how they are on warranty replacement.
