Video time stamp

I have a bunch of copied photos and videos from my phone and need to transfer them onto a dvd, this is simple but the catch is that I have to have the time stamp with the date and time of when the photo and video was orrigionally taken. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? It needs to be similar to that like the old video cameras but I cant send it through photo shop as I cannot "edit" the photo or video.
