I've been having issues with videos not loading and firefox taking maybe 3 or 4 minutes to start up, though usually works fine once its running. I've done disk clean up, disk defragment, ran a full norton scan and ran malware bytes. I've also deleted temporary internet files and cookies. I've done everything I can think of to fix the issue but it hasn't worked, is there anything else I can try?
