Virtual Memory Is Too Low What Does It Mean

When im using my computer it always say that virtual memory is too low etc,.. what does it mean and what will i do with this..problem thanks a lot..

virtual memory is an extension of your physical memory also windows uses it so that programs see your memory as empty as opposed to used and fragmented

how much installed memory do you have and what operating system are you using?

It means either

- your hard drive is getting full up.

- you have changed your page file setting recently.

- a large or buggy program is running that is eating all the resources (spyware ?)


Fixes -

- Right click My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Peformance/SettingsAdvanced/Change

and make sure the "System manged size" is checked.

- make more room on your hard drive.Uninstall programs,run CCleaner.

- Look in the Task Manager running processes list to see what`s running,

when you get the warning.
