Virus Attack! Please Help...

i got my friends pen drive recently, n by mistake executed a folder with a .exe extension. Since the the task Manager has been disabled. and when i use firefox or ie7 for more than 10 mins continuously, it says "Browse Somewhere Else you Fool".
Can someone please help me.
im running on winxp sp2
n amdx64 3000+

and one more thing. if i search google to enable task manager using www.taskmanagerfix.com, the explorer shuts down and says "MUHAHAHAHA!!!"

try this

If you have an anti-virus, run a scan and delete any virus that comes up. check for tell-tale signs of a virus in the file name, such as, "TRJ123".(a trojan) If you don't have an anti-virus, you'll have to scan your hard drive yourself. look through cookie and internet files.

Download to your Desktop this self-extracting ZIP archive FixPolicies.exe

• Double-click FixPolicies.exe
• Click the Install button on the bottom toolbar of the box that will open.
• The program will create a new Folder called FixPolicies
• Double-click to Open the new Folder, and then double-click the file named Fix_Policies.cmd
• A black box will briefly appear and then close. This will enable your Control Panel, Task Manager and stop any Administrative warnings.
