Inactive Virus does not removed even after formatting

How to fix my computer as it is affected by a virus and it does not removed after full format I have tried ubuntu even it is affected. Now I am using windows 7

Problem Created By Virus

• It automatically opens the default internet browser while using pc(any operations), randomly opens many of them
• Redirects to homepage while browsing

Its a home desktop already moved files to external hd and I don't need any files....
How this can be fixed Please Help Friends

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.

DDS can't complete the process
it got hanged,half of the way

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
