Since it appears that MBAM (MalwareBytesAntiMalware) was installed on your computer, that may save your some work.

DO NOT UPDATE MBAM. Disconnect from internet briefly if you cannot untick the update option.

Normal Mode: Run MBAM, Quick scan. Save log. Restart Computer.

Repeat MBAM, quick scan until clean or there is no further reduction in the detected infections.

(Note: Use safe mode if normal mode fails to execute.)

Perform the 8-steps that began this post.

Advise us if the downloads and/or installations fail.

Rename executables
MBAM - mwbam.exe
SuperAntiSpyware - sas.exe
