    ESET scan and OTL scan both showed it in the Recycle Bin during their scans operations. I had a look in there but it wasn't showing. I just don't understand can something still be in there but not show?

    Most likely one of the programs took care of it.

    If no other issues complete all steps from my reply #44.

    No other issues and thanks for your patience. I'll let you know with how it is running when I finish cleaning and loading new programs. The advice will help my mum as she gets confused with all the different programs on it. Just one thing is it worth keeping Super Anti Spyware or can we get rid
