Virus/Spyware blocking access to Web Sites

    Courtesy of Hijack This. I am not able to use Mozilla Firefox, download updates for Windows Defender/Adaware/SpyBot/etc, or access Web Sites that require username and passwords. Please help, anyone, anywhere.

    You have a couple of nasty infections.

    First, go HERE and follow the instructions.

    Then, go HERE and do likewise.

    Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, after doing the above.
