Vista and NCQ with Epox 9npa+ Ultra

Does anyone know how to set this up, or how I know if it's working? Do I need to install any specific drivers or change any bios settings? I don't see "AHCI" anywhere in my bios...I am pretty lost.
My board claims to support NCQ and I have an sata 2 HD160JJ from Samsung which supports it as well...

I found out that many people are having problems with their Nforce4 drivers, which is why I cannot get to the right settings. If I let it activate it'll nag me and make me call Microsoft because it is detecting the drives as something completely different. I am going to wait it out, but not before my product activates...so for this reason I am going back to XP for now...
