Vista Blue Screen of Death and Battlefield 2

hi everyone

I have recently purchased a new PC with the following specs:
-GF8600 GTS
-ASUS P5B-VM SE
-2g Geil RAM - 2 sticks
-Core2Duo 2.13ghz
-VISTA Ultimate 32-bit

All drivers (Nvidia, Realtek, Chipset) and bios have been updated, plus i have added the Microsoft hotfixes. All PSU voltage is ok.

Everytime i try and play Battlefield 2 i alwaysget a Blue Screen of Death with a Memory Dump. It is completely random, but it always happens within 10minutes of play. I have a feeling that it might be an IRQ conflict because under system information, it has a number of conflicts - but i cannot seem to rectify them. Any help would be appreciated. I understand that BF2 is a buggy game, however this is terrible.

Thanks for your reply - any help i can get is great. However, the CPU is running at around 30*c and I am pretty sure the Graphics card is compatible - a Gigabyte GF8600GTS - it is pretty new.

You have updated all the drivers, but you are still getting random BSODs in the game... Even if the video card is new, it may not be compatible with Vista at this time. After Vista, SP1 who knows
