Vista - DMA not enabled for standard user (by default)

Hello All,

ISSUE:
Windows Vista 32-bit:
I created a "Standard User" Account and noticed DMA is NOT enabled by default. DMA is enabled for the default Admin account and is enabled for any newly created Admin account.

QUESTION:
Anybody know why and if there is a fix for this?

BACKGROUND INFO:
I'm running a lab and I don't want to go in and enable DMA everytime I create a standard user account.
