Vista Upgrade 32 or 64?

    It looks like you can support 64-bit, but it doesn't matter if you get the 32 or 64-bit version of Vista.

    It has a Centrino Duo Mobile, and is designed for Vista Business, so I assume it is not a 64 machine... All the details are at the Fujitsu Siemens site.

    in that case what would you recommend 32 or 64?

    Unless you have a specific need for the 64, I would run Windows XP Professional 32 or Vista Business or Vista Ultimate 32

    I also recommend 32 bit because it is more widely compatible with programs than 64 bit.

    I agree with this answer. furthermore, XP is a seasoned O/S and has service packs. I wouldnt even purchase vista until they release SP1 for it in the fall this year
