Inactive Visual Bee, Browser Defender and all related programmes

My partner has managed to download the above into his computer. You cannot uninstall the programmes the normal way by going into Control Panel, Uninstall Programmes, so how do we remove all these unwanted programmes from his computer?

It has made Delta it's search engine, and had Visual Bee as its home page but we have managed to change the latter although it still has Delta as its search engine.

We use Vista and my partner's computer has 32-bit operating system.

We use normal Google (not Chrome) and Internet Explorer as our web search engine (under normal circumstances.

If anybody can help, it will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
