Quick question i'll try to get to the point:
Server: Windows 2000 running DHCP, rras(VPN server only) WINS,
Router: WRT160N
Home:
WRT54G
Client computer windows 7.
Here is the problem, the windows 7 machine connects successfully to the server 2000 via vpn. No errors are generated. I search for the folder on the server that i am looking for it connects, it asks me for a username and password. After entering the credentials it fails, and says the credentials are incorrect.
Now I know that the problem lies with my win7 because i can connect using a windows 2000 OS.
WIN7 vpn network is set to home network. No firewall installed. (Windows firewall is on)
Any direction would be helpfull
