I have been running a server (based on Asus AMD M2NPV-VM motherboard) for a year without any problems, but today I already had 4 crashes.

The only thing I have 'done' is playing and configuring an additional VM in VMWare on this station (which is the main thing I have been doing with this system anyway).

I get random BSOD and my server reboots ... the error I get is "Error - System Error - EventID 1003". I have included some of the minidumps.
Can you help me understand what is happening by having a look at the minidumps?

    Thanks,

I tend to think you have a hard drive problem. The minidumps point to Win32K.sys, TDI.sys and NTFS.sys. Try running CHKDSK /r and see what it finds
