Wacky Error Message

Hey I have a bit of a problem here
I downloaded Msn messenger but when I try to run the program I get this message


"The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

However Reinstalling MSN Messenger does not fix this problem

What do I do ? Please help

Un-install msn and download version 7.0 (beta) from www.msn.com. What I think happened in your case is that you or someone else deleted your MSN program from your program files in "my computer" . Because of that the icons were still there, but the program was gone . So do what i suggested , and i hope this will help.
