Want the best monitor for what i have

hey guys ok just got my computer built, new mouse and keyboard, speakers, pad, everything except the monitor

i want the best monitor or near close that my graphics cards can handle
i have a i7 950 processor, and 2 evga gtx 295 co ops in quad sli configuration


im looking for something around o..... 25-27 inch

maybe around 700 at the most

any GOOD suggestions?

i somehow prefer LG because of the lower price. anyway, when choosing LCD take a look at their brightness (cd/m, higher means brighter white), contrast ratio (X:1, higher means vivid colour) and response rate (ms, lower is better). if youre buying offline, then u can take a look at the sample units.

im not a graphic person so i dont really know much about LCD things, but at least those specs make a difference...

anything less than a 30" monitor for dual GTX 295's means you wasted your money on a superfluous 295.

given your budget, and that 30" monitors are 1k+, have you considered a dual monitor setup?
