Watch Marvel's first teaser trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Marvel Entertainment has published the first teaser trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, the sequel to a film that some considered to be the surprise hit of 2014.

The star-studded cast of characters are all back including Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista) as well as Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and his accomplice Groot (Vin Diesel).

The trailer, set to Blue Suede's lovable "Hooked on a Feeling," doesn’t reveal much of anything with regard to the movie’s plot but that’s probably for the best at this stage.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is scheduled to arrive on May 5, 2017, in 3D and IMAX. With roughly seven months to go, the one thing that we can count on is that there will be at least a couple of additional teasers to hold fans over until next spring.

In this trailer though they all look a bit serious and unhappy, so you should feel right at home this time.
