wdm driver help needed

I have a GeForce 6200 OC AGP 256 DDR, which I am very happy with except for however, the WDM UNIVERSAL MEDIA DRIVER (IN DEVICE MANAGER) always has a exclamation point next to it. When I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but it comes up with error message 10 saying (WDM DRIVER CAN'T START UP), very annoying... So anyone know what to do to fix this or where I can download the updated WDM driver that will actually work??? Please help if you can.I've even tried (of coarse) NVIDIA's home site. No good though.Aaarrrggg!!!
