I believe this is what I'm looking for. (Sorry if this is the wrong board)

I am looking for a free program that you can use to make a simple web page. For example, I want to be able to take a template, put it on something similar to a word editor, and create web pages, without dealing with as much coding. Microsoft Word does something similar with a Web Page Preview, but that also leaves a lot of Microsoft Word coding in the source of the page. Thanks for any help.

Umm. not sure. Maybe try Mozilla Seamonkey, as it comes with a web editor. Not sure on what kind though. Maybe you could use Freespaces.com. You could use their WYSIWYG editor, and copy/paste the html coding?
