Web hang ups and tinyurl

Hey Folks,

I have a problem, maybe you can help????

Iam using XP PRO SP3 +AVG 8.0 Iam having problems with webpage loading up slow!

I can not get the website tinyurl because this is the message I get!

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.


The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

If you can help i would be greatful!
