webcam not working on live messanger 8.0

Does anyone know how to fix this problem,
My webcam used to work before Im installed Live messanger and before I update my Firewall and now I just only can use audio connection.

Apparently you need to enable your firewall to allow port 5100(TCP).

access both remote an local would look like

allow in/out TCP any source, any dest, port 5100​

Are you on SP2 with the default Windows Firewall? if so,

Launch the wirewall program cp->firewall
click the exception tab
at the bottom, click ADD PORT
enter a name for this sevice in line one
and 5100 as the number
click ok​
