A friend has recently bought a Logitech webcam and has installed it onto their Windows ME platform. The drivers that came with the webcam have been installed onto the system, but when trying to use it on MSN Messenger, the following message appears:
"We couldn't find a webcam. Make sure that your webcam is plugged in. If you don't have a webcam, go here to buy one."
Their computer is extremely slow and sluggish also... I am posting this thread instead of my friend, as I am trying to fix it for her, but am having trouble. If anyone has any advice or tips which may help, or if anyone has had the same problem, it'd be greatly appreciated if you could reply to this thread.
