1. Solar Roadways: not so much science fiction but a nearly unlimited energy source, who wouldn't want it.
2. Transporters.
3. Force Fields.
4. Replicators.

Those would be my top 4. Try to imagine a world with all 4 of those. What would you have?

As someone living with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, I always day-dream about going to the future to have this 'fixed'. I vote simply for their medical technology, surgery systems, advanced boo-boo repair, etc.
