Weird Civ 4 problem!

So I was installing it on my new computer and for some reason it got interrupted while on disc two...Now every time I try to reinstall it gets stuck on disc two, some file called BrahmsHungarian16.mp3. Just sits there for like ten minutes, nothing.

But I can't uninstall the program cuz it's not on add/remove. also when, I put in disc one it says "play" and not reinstall.

Don't know how to fix it. Thanks

If it doesn't display it in add and remove programs then you should go to C: drive and go to program files and look for the folder which would be named after the company, or maybe just the game name but mostly when installed will be put in as the company name as this allows for expansion packs to be grouped together and then just delete that whole folder and try to reinstall.
