Weird message show up when I open IE7, please help

When I open the internet explorer from the start button:start --> internet explorer, a message will appear says: Cannot find{2559A1F4-21D7-11D4-BDAF-00C04F60B9F0}, but when I open it from the desktop, the message doesn't show up. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

you may have a corrupted registry and/or missing files.

run CHDSK at bootup on your C: drive or download crapcleaner registry repair.
