Weird start-up problem

  1. When I first turn on my pc the power light and hard drive light come on but nothing happens, no beeps, no sounds but the fans running. The reset button won't work either, the only thing I can do is flip the switch on the power supply in the back, then it boots up normal and everything works fine.
    Any ideas of whats wrong?
