Weird Vista Problem !!!

Can someone help me , for soem reason now in vista, when we click properties of my computer it brings you to
then on the left u have Task
device manager
remote settings
system protection
advance system settings

now those are shortcuts when u click it it will open what u've clicked, but for some weird reason , Device manager wont open !!!!!!
nothing happens at all anymore, so i need to open it manualy going to C:\Windows\System32\devmgmt.msc
witch then will open normaly and everything is fine... so how do i get back the Device manager shortcut back from my Control Panel\System and Maintenance\System ?

That was a horrible post, and I'm not sure I even understood half of that crap you typed. Why don't you try using real sentences with proper use of sentences. Using 'u' for 'you' is just lazy and it shows immaturity, try to do better.
