What motherboards are equal to A7V8X-LA

I need to know what motherboard will replace the asus mobo in my hp a510n. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, and I'm looking for cheapest route.

It is an Asus micro-ATX motherboard. Using standard DDR memory and an AMD Barton core CPU... with 3 PCI slots

Are you planning to reuse the CPU, and memory? If not, any micro-ATX motherboard, with 3 PCI slots will physically fit

Thank you for the info. and yes i was planning on using the same cpu and memory. It's a socket 462 processor. It served the purpose for what the kids used it for, the computer that is. I was not sure because the old mobo had several different connectors that plugged in along the bottom of mobo and every other mobo that i have dont have extra plugs. I just wanted to make sure before i bought one that wouldn't run my system. once again thanks alot
