  1. My neighbor has a Dell Dimension 4700 (P4 3.2 Ghz 256Mb DDR2-400 SDRAM). His son has the new Star Wars game and is experiencing some freezes/slowdowns. He wants to buy an x16 PCIe card, but doesnt want to spend "big bucks" Any advice?

You may want to recommend putting in more RAM too. 256 mb would not only slow down the game, but the system as a whole.

    terrible ram!

Dude, I have a 733MHz IBM Laptop, and I have 376MB of RAM. That computer is worthless without RAM. Proabably the card is fine, the computer just needs RAM. Also, the x800 Pro is $200 and is a good card.
