do a google search for 'gaming routher' . Netgear or Linksys specifically makes one, but charges about 300 for it.

Any router that uses wireless G speeds would be fine...(if you're planning on using wireless as well). I've found the netgear rangemax to be pretty fast.

I just bought a D-Link DGL-4300 IEEE 802.11b/g,802.3/3u Wireless Gaming Router. For a description from the Newegg site I got it from, click here. But I haven't set it up yet so I can't tell you anything about it. The link is just for info purposes since Newegg doesn't ship outside the USA.

    thanks for replying

.. iwas just hoping to get away with something cheeper... the 54mbps routers are relatively less costly...
    so for gaming 108mbps......

    thanks again

Unless you normally experience internet congestion, the 54mbps should be fine.
