What to replace P4P800-E Deluxe

    Hey i am going to try to fix up my old computer. It has a fried mobo its a P4P800-E deluxe. What should i buy that could replace it without having any compatibility problems.

    i have a pentium 4 proceesor 2.8 ghz, 80gb hard drive, 1gb of ram, 450 watt psu. i dont want anything new
