What video card should I get?

Im lookin for the best card for gaming..Dont care if its ati or nvidia I just want the best possoble card for around 80$.. I dont know what to look for like core clock and all that stuff Im not sure what all that means.Thanx

If you can wait a little, and get more money, a 6600GT or X800GTO would be a great choice.

I'd recommend the ATI X800GTO, I have it and it's great, just needs some good cooling.

It's really your choice, i'd recomend a nVidia 7800 or a 7900 oc'd

anything above a nVidia 6600 or ati x1600 will play most games on generous settings

Did you even read his post before posting this? First of all, his budget is 80$, not a few hundred... And second, the 7800 and 7900 are cards only for the PCI-E x16 slot.

An nvidia 7900GS is an exellent choice. Now you just have to make sure its compatible with your motherboard.
