What would be a good tv tuner card

what would be a good tv tuner card
i want to be able to pause and rewind tv record them to my harddrive and copy them to dvds and i want to record them on a schedule

if you guys could help me i would appreciate it

There are many tv tuner cards out there. I just bought a cheap one and it is working great. I can record, pause, and schedule it to record shows(only one at a time). It's very convenient when I want to tape two shows(one on the vcr and another show at the same time on the pc. My cheap card does the trick for me.
It cost me 39 dollars. Not bad right. I've seen tv tuner cards over 200. I'm sure they are better but I don't have 200 to spend on that(I'd rather get more Ram!) Anyways, I have wintv tuner card from hauppauge. Hope that helps. Good luck!

The features you want are present on all TV tuner cards so you could get the cheapest one you can find and it will probably work.
