    I've been on Step 1: Scanning For bak folders for a long time and I was just wondering what the average time is for this process. So far it has taken around 1 hour and all I see is Please Wait. Is this normal or did it crash or me?

    I suspect the programme has crashed.

    Stop it and try again.

    I started at 2:00, ended it at 3:00. Tried again and its 4:11 now but still no notepad document opened in front of me. What did show up were 2 files called Process.exe and locate.com which I'm assuming wasn't supposed to happen (since its not stated in the instructions). I really don't know what to do now =/

    I suggest you delete the FindAWF programme and re-download it.

    Then, boot into safe mode and try running the programme. See what happens.
