What's the best way to monitor XP's Virtual Memory usage?

I suspect my virtual memory is being hogged by some programs, but I'm not too terribly sure as how to monitor it. I would like a way to plot histographs of it. Any suggestions?

Take a look at the Performace Logs and Alerts tool in Computer Management. You can monitor, log and graph virtually all aspects of Windows there.
