whats the difference

    the difference is ever so slight if any, eather one will do imo

    3400+ is slightly newer therefore, might and I do mean might perform a little bit faster then the other when you get it in your box. As swker98 said those both will be just fine. Flip a coin can't really go wrong with either one.

    Yeah more cache would be a good thing.
