Just got done downloading a bunch of free software from various sites around the web. I must say, ever since Google decided to take on Microsoft, there has been a slew of great FREE apps on the web. For a while there, all web sites were selling their products, and freebies were far and few between. This past year however it has been a real treasure trove of well designed, useful, free apllications, and utilities. Here are my favorites:

Live Toolbar with Desktop search (http://www.microsoft.com)
    Live Messenger (http://www.microsoft.com)
    GMail (http://www.google.com)
    Live.Mail (http://www.microsoft.com)
    Live.Office (http://www.microsoft.com)
    Google Earth (http://www.google.com)
    Sketch Up (http://www.google.com)
    Picassa 2 (http://www.google.com)
    SurePhoto (http://www.surething.com)
    ViaPoint Mail Organizer (http://www.citeknet.com)
    The Gimp+ 2.2 (http://www.soundforge.com)
    Onfolio (http://www.microsoft.com)
    Photoshop Album 2.0
    ie7 (http://www.microsoft.com)

    etc...

    Coolness!!:hotouch:
