when using portforwarding, I get this message "missing msinet.ocx"

when I try to use pfconfig, it says "failed to load control "inet" from msinet.ocx. how do I fix this problem. I have no clue what to do.

what system are you running? ususally the command is IPCONFIG

windows xp media edition 2005. I just found the fix for this in another thread, but thank you for responding so quickly!
