Where can I find 'Multimedia Controller' drivers?

Hi,
I was installed Win7 Home premium OS (64 Bit) in my Desktop. After installed, I have restart my PC and it was taken 30 Min to 45 Min to show userid window after enabling windows logo. I have diagnosed my PC using 'perfmon /report' command and its shows an error for 'Multimedia Controller' device driver. I would like to know the reason behind for slow booting and where can I trace this missing drive. I am having Intel DG41WV drivers (Win7 64bit downloaded from Intel site) and nvidia geForce 9400 GT drivers and installed. Apart these, TV tuner and samsung LCD monitor drivers are available and not installed yet. Please help to make my PC booting normally.

Problem device details : Multimedia ControllerPCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7134&SUBSYS_22081A7F&REV_01\4&20727408&0&18F0

The drivers for this device are not installed.

Thanks.
Nath.
