where's my desktop and start menu??????

    hmm i seem to have misplaced my desktop and my start menu! all there is on my screen is my background. iv managed to get on this site by going through my windows task manager and going to new task and browsing my files. does anyone know how i can fix this problem

    p.s i had no idea what message board to put this on
