Which harddrive will be best for this motherboard?

I have an ASUS A7V8X-X Motherboard(Link) and I'm looking to get a new harddrive. Looks like to me I can only have a ATA/133 or ATA/100 harddrive.

So I was looking around and I think these are the two best ones for the money/size/speed. What do ya'll think? Which one is better? Or maybe there is even a different one I haven't seen yet that ya'll suggest.

First harddrive
Second harddrive

Also, is there a big difference or no difference at all between ATA/100 and ATA/133 harddrives?

This will be a gaming computer primarly, so keep that in mind. Thanks for the help.

there's not a lot of difference between an ata133 and an ata 100 drive. a maxtor diamondmax 9 is the best ATA drive out there for any board, make sure you get a diamondmax9 in a size of your choice.
