Which PCI video card is better

ok i have this urgent problem on choosing which one is better...

PNY FX 5500 128MB PCI with nVidia's Verto GeForce FX 5500 3D Chip


or the

APOLLO nVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE Video Card, 128MB DDR, DVI/TV Out, PCI Model "APV-P5700LE 128M" -RETAIL

also they are both PCI video cards...

i was wondering which one is better...i really am confused >< help me plz ^^
