which vga card for an asrock motherboard

  1. I have a AsRock motherboard and I want a really good video card. Can anyone suggest any good ones that are compatile with my motherboard. If you need any other information just e-mail me or instant message. My sn is DaProffessaT34. My e-mail is *edited*.

    I’d rather help you on the forum.
    It would have helped if you gave us the model number of your motherboard.
    Compatibility will mostly rely on which slot your motherboard has, like AGP or PCI-Express.

    Well I think I know slot type it is AGP because i was looking for the slot type, but just in case my motherboard model is P4i45GV

    Graphics card

    Considering your mobo, i say u take an nvidia 6800 ultra AGP8x if u r a serious gamer and if u r just a casual gamer and on a tight budget,, then go for nvidia 6600GT 128 or 256 mb.

    XFX GeForce 6200 is thi card good for Counter strike soce and day of defeat????

    what is your price range? if you want a really good video card then get a 7800gs..300 on newegg. if you want midrange then go for 6800 as maheswar2006 said.
