Napier, New Zealand...pop. 40,000...some of them actually living. Laid back resort town. Great place for fishing (game and freshwater) and snowbirds who think road rules don't apply to the over-sixties and/or legally blind.
Raised in London, and as a Chef have lived and worked there, as well as Papeete (Tahiti) and Thailand.

Do know my heroes, Lucy Lawless or Gordon Ramsay?

Well, I live in Dusseldorf, Germany. I moved here halfway through January (2010) from Bothell, Washington, USA to attend university. I currently live with a host family but am looking for my own place in the vicinity of Duisburg and/or Essen, as that is where I will be attending school.

Fluent in Czech and English. My German (for now) is pretty bad, but I can write it well enough that people can understand.

Ctrl+V from about me;
i live the middle of no where California. That means that i have a pathetic internet speed. A speed that is slightly higher from some one for a 3rd world country(Iran). I found that i out on the steam forums.

I'm in Peterborough, UK. Not much to say about the place really, unless your a tourist and fancy seeing the big cathedral we have (Not that I ever have myself!). The shops are rather plentiful and nice though! :D

You get your backside into that cathedral - it's gorgeous! Outside not much to write home about I'll agree but the inside is magic!

Greetings from Market Hemorrhoids - a step or two the other side of Corby. Now that really is a dump!

I live in a small town called Castleford on the outskirts of Leeds in the UK...Apparently a Roman fort was built here a lot of years ago, along with Roman bath houses. I suppose that's why half the town still speak latin and walk around in sandles :haha:

Hi I used to live in San Ysidro, CA close to the Border (Tijuana)
No I'm living in Barranquilla Colombia (work stuff) I'm a English teacher here for a season.

;)

I live near White, South Dakota. It is pretty much the middle of nowhere. The local ISP ran finally ran fiber by my house last year. I tell ya, this totally beats dial-up, haha. My house is located about five miles away from the Minnesota border.

Saint Louis, home of the Gateway arch, baseball Cardinals, the hopefully improving football Rams and the perennially underachieving hockey Blues.

I live in a very small locality in southern Sweden called Öxabäck (though I'm Slovak by nationality). 50% of the inhabitants have never heard of YouTube, 80% have never heard of Facebook, and 100% have never heard of the FireSheep-plugin for Firefox ;)

Hard to ever imagine finding another village-member on the entire World Wide Web, I did however manage to find a video of Öxabäck in YouTube (which coincidentally also starred myself as a stand-in :D ). And even more unlikely that anyone on TechSpot has ever heard of the place.

One of TechSpot's administrators, Per Hansson, is from Sweden. I wonder if he has heard of your town.
