problem

I think i find out why at least me have problem ...
Motherboard is a Asus P5P800 that mean its a 24 pin connector power supply needed and i have a 20 pin connected to it ... SO it make the 3.3V run low when in a game because Ram run on that kind of power.

Solution: 1- temporary just put 1 slot of Ram (that what i did and work fine now)
2- Buy a 20-24 pin adaptor from the web or a store near you and put back on the ram

Ill give more info if the adaptor work as they say

I got a feeling those with the AMDs are having heating trouble. I was from Malaysia, and everytime someone buys an AMD system, they will immediately recommend a new cooling system.

Also, the standard heatsink and fan is just inadequate. I can't seem to dig up the site, so there's no reference, but the standard AMD HSF will cause your CPU to overheat at full load (gaming causes full load, better state the obvious). I'd recommend a new HSF, probably any that will fit AMDs will do the job better than the stock ones. I'd recommend those full copper ones though.

I really doubt its due to lack of power from your PSU, unless you reused the PSU from an older computer, or you bought a small PSU (less than 350W).

I'll be checking this to see what the problem had been from though. (The pins problem was an interesting one)

still the same

I still have the same problem even with the 24 pin connector... 3.3v keep going down and crash the pc ... when in game or in prog that test pc..

no more

No more problem it seem it was a power problem i have bought a 600w power supply and now pc work 100% so might be the new generation or MB/Processor that ask for alot more juice then before well anyway now it work ! just wanted to let peep know maybe will help. Btw old power supply work great i have it in another pc and it rock still
