Why is the Asus 8800GT 512mb version more expensive then the 1024mb version on this..

That could be it, but the fact that the 512MB version comes with CoH - OF isn't advertised anywhere on the site :/
I'm really torn, because I'm kind of scared the 1GB version has like a lower bandwidth but I want to buy it...

The bandwidth is determined by memory speed and timings. They both have the same memory speed, but there is no way to determine the timings. Their bandwidth should be about the same.

In this review the extra memory provided no significant improvement.

A 32 bit operating system can easily handle up to 3GB of video and system memory. If you're planing to SLI the 1GB 8800GT then you'll need to have a 64 bit operating system to have access to all the memory.

So the 1gb version offers only a very small increase, but since it's cheaper at that site, it seems I'll be getting that one.
Since I'm getting my entire new PC from that site.
